Mike Sugamosto enters his second season as President and General Manager of the Syracuse Stallions. In just their first season, Sugamosto assembled a 12-man roster full of recent college graduates as well as current professional athletes. In the 2018-2019 season, the Stallions won the East Region Championship and finished 24-2 with their season coming to an end at the National ABA Final Four in Saint Louis, Missouri.
Sugamosto is also the Founder and Director of Elite Basketball Syracuse which is a summer-long, Men's and Women's showcase that is home to over 150 current or former collegiate and professional basketball players.
ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER
Burns has been around the game of basketball since he was five years old. Born and raised in Syracuse, Burns was a star at Christian Brothers Academy before moving on to SUNY Geneseo.
After his playing career at SUNY Geneseo, Burns took over as head coach of the Keshequa Indians, a high school team in Nunda, NY. During this time, Burns went on to receive his Master's in Athletic Administration from SUNY Brockport.
Burns is the Founder and President of Carpe Diem Basketball, one of the top basketball training and development programs, as well as #1 Adult League in the greater Rochester area.
Burns has experience in player development, networking, recruiting, media, operations, which will translate well to this new role.
DIRECTOR OF PLAYER DEVELOPMENT/HEAD COACH
Coming off a successful inagural season with the Stallions, Perioli stepped back into the front office. Perioli has spent time both as a player, head coach, and an assistant coach in the Faroe Islands (2018), Denmark (2014-2018), El Salvador (2016), Dominican Republic (2015), Germany (2009), Buffalo 716ers (2015-2016), and much more!
Perioli is a native of Liverpool, NY where he attended Liverpool High School and went on to play at SUNY Oswego. Perioli is the All-Time leader in career assists, and career steals in his 4 years at Oswego.
DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY RELATIONS
Schneider joins the Stallions as Director of Community Relations, where she is responsible for advertising, community outreach, youth group participation and much more!
Prior to joining the Stallions, Schneider was a Senior Project Coordinator managing installations for a fixture manufacturing company. Schneider was responsible for traveling the country, working hand-in-hand with high end clientele in various cities across the U.S.
For the past 5 years, Kassandra managed a successful, family business where she handled day-to-day operations, payroll, human resources, scheduling, and customer satisfaction.
